Private Series - INNATE Postpartum Care Planning for the Fourth Trimester

This 5 class series offers education, insight and support for Mother-Centered Postpartum Care for Family Wellness.  In this course we discuss all things postpartum to give you the necessary tools and resources to create a postpartum experience that is healing, nourishing and rejuvenating.  We recommend beginning the INNATE Postpartum Care Planning series in your second or third trimester.

At about 6 weeks after baby is born, we will gather for the fifth class.
